Heather Nover

Heather Nover is thrilled to join JOWMA as the Events and Membership Coordinator. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, education, and program development, Heather brings a dynamic and detail-oriented approach to building meaningful connections within the JOWMA community.

Heather holds an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and a B.A. in Psychology and Jewish Studies from Rutgers University. Her professional background spans youth leadership, donor engagement, event planning, and systems optimization. She is also a published writer and passionate community volunteer.

Heather lives in East Windsor, NJ with her husband, daughter, and dog. She enjoys baking challah, sewing, and curating her family’s home library.
