For the final Ma’ayanot x JOWMA event of the year, students had an incredible opportunity to learn from Dr. Anna Weinstein, OB-GYN, and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals about the dangers and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
Through interactive, hands-on stations, students practiced estimating blood loss, learned how to perform laceration repairs, and explored the use of the JADA device—an innovative tool used to control and treat severe postpartum bleeding.
