JOWMA is excited to announce our fourth annual conference: "Medicine in Times of Crisis."

Join us for the fourth JOWMA Conference, the only gathering of its kind! Every year, JOWMA's conference includes 300+ physicians and trainees under one roof for a day of learning uniquely tailored to the interests of our members.

While we all aspire to serve our patients during times of peace, the landscape of medicine undergoes significant changes in moments of turmoil. Over the past few years, public health has witnessed the repercussions of numerous infectious disease outbreaks as well as the war in Israel causing a strain on both internal and external systems within American healthcare.

This year's conference is designed to equip our physicians and trainees with vital information necessary to support their patients during crises. The schedule includes discussions on intergenerational trauma across different life stages, women's health in the military, firsthand accounts from doctors on the ground in Israel, and a myriad of other pertinent topics.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of New York Medical College and Jewish Orthodox Women's Association (JOWMA). New York Medical College is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The New York Medical College designates this live activity for a maximum of 5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Please read this page carefully for all the details you need regarding this year's conference.
